IP67 Waterproof & Floating Design

The Motorola T605 meets IP67 waterproof standards and can withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. When used with the included NiMH battery, the radio is designed to float face-up, making it easier to retrieve if accidentally dropped into the water. This makes the T605 particularly well suited for boating, fishing, kayaking and other activities around water.

Water-Activated Flashlight

If the radio enters the water, its flashlight automatically activates to help make the radio easier to locate and retrieve. The built-in flashlight provides both white and red LEDs, giving you a convenient light source during nighttime activities and emergencies.
