Smarter Customer Service Through Two-Way Radio
The Motorola Curve DH300 Digital Hub expands the Motorola Curve ecosystem by connecting Wi-Fi call buttons with compatible Motorola business two-way radios. Designed for retail, hospitality, warehouses and other customer-service environments, the DH300 helps turn button-generated requests into voice alerts delivered directly to employees' radios, allowing teams to respond quickly without relying on overhead paging or employees constantly checking another device.
When a customer or employee presses a compatible CB400 Series Wi-Fi Call Button, a preconfigured text message can be converted into a voice alert and transmitted through the DH300 to the radio fleet. If the request is not addressed, the system can also be configured to escalate the alert through an escalation channel, helping ensure important requests reach the appropriate team or management.

Connect Call Buttons Directly to Your Radio Team
The DH300 acts as the communication bridge between compatible Wi-Fi call buttons and your two-way radio system. For example, a retailer can place a call button in a customer assistance area. When pressed, the DH300 can deliver a predefined voice alert to employees carrying compatible radios, directing them to the exact area where assistance is needed.
This makes the DH300 particularly useful for: customer assistance, curbside pickup, point-of-sale support, warehouse requests and hospitality operations.
Automatic Alert Escalation
For requests requiring additional attention, the Curve ecosystem can be configured with escalation rules. If necessary, the DH300 can reroute an alert through an escalation channel so that supervisors or management can respond. Rules and system behavior can be remotely managed through the Curve Portal.
Compatible with Existing Motorola Radio Fleets
Businesses already using compatible Motorola 900 MHz digital radios — Curve, DLR and DTR Series — can incorporate the Digital Hub into their communication system rather than replacing their entire radio fleet.
